The Salvation Army partners with the Union Grove Area Foodbank helping us to provide emergency food for local people. The Union Grove Area Foodbank will be participating in Southern Wisconsin Center’s Health & Safety Fair 2017, held at the CRSP Building at SWC; October 12; 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We look forward to seeing SWC employees there!

SCOUTING FOR FOOD
NOVEMBER 11, 2017

The local Scouts will distribute empty grocery bags throughout the community about a week before the food drive. Please fill your bag with non-perishable food items and place outside your door the evening before or the morning of November 11.

2017 4th July ParadeWe wish to thank EVERYONE who helped make our entry for the 4th of July Parade a success. We received an Honorable Mention ribbon for your efforts! Special thanks to Union Grove Piggly Wiggly for partnering with us by providing the banners, refreshments and t-shirts. A a BIG Thank You to Southern Wisconsin Center residents and CRSP staff for helping us prepare candy handouts. But most of all we thank our generous community for 35 Years of GREAT Support. We are truly blessed!

The purpose of the Union Grove Area Foodbank is to initiate, conduct, or implement activities or programs intended to assist the distribution of food to people in emergency need situations. It is not the intention of the Foodbank to provide ongoing assistance where other community programs are already established.
