Many thanks to Boy Scout Troop 350 and Cub Scout Pack 350 for their awesome efforts at this year’s Scouting for Food food drive on Nov. 9. They collected nearly 3000 items! We would also like to thank Scout leaders, parents, siblings, friends, volunteers and the greater Union Grove community for making this possible. THANK YOU everyone!
The purpose of the Union Grove Area Foodbank is to initiate, conduct, or implement activities or programs intended to assist the distribution of food to people in emergency need situations. It is not the intention of the Foodbank to provide ongoing assistance where other community programs are already established.
How We Can Help
Our clients come from many walks of life but they share one thing in common: they need emergency food assistance. Maybe there is a job loss, ill health, bereavement, delays in benefits or other difficult situations. If your family needs assistance or you recognize a need in your church, school, or neighborhood, please give us a call so that we may help.
