Ingredients

  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can (large) tomato juice
  • 1 can whole potatoes
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables OR (1 can corn, 1 can green beans, 1 can carrots)
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large kettle and simmer for 30 minutes.

Notes

Serve with warm crusty bread and butter.
