Quick Vegetable Soup
Speedy soup for a cold Winter's lunch

Ingredients
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can (large) tomato juice
- 1 can whole potatoes
- 2 cans mixed vegetables OR (1 can corn, 1 can green beans, 1 can carrots)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large kettle and simmer for 30 minutes.
Notes
Serve with warm crusty bread and butter.
