  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Cream-Style Corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 (7 ounce) package Corn Muffin Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 ounces) Cream-style Corn
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 small Saltine Crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Spread half of corn into baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the flour over top.
  5. Layer half of Cheddar cheese over flour.
  6. Sprinkle half of cracker crumbs over cheese.
  7. Top with half of Parmesan cheese.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Pour milk evenly over top.
  10. Bake for 1 hour.

Notes

Serve with chicken, turkey or other meat, a green salad and fruit for dessert.

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Season pork chops with salt & pepper
  3. In a skillet, over medium-high heat, brown pork chops
  4. Place browned chops into a flat casserole or baking pan
  5. In a separate bowl, mix corn, egg, onion, celery, bread crumbs and butter
  6. Divide the corn dressing mixture into 6 servings and mound on top of each chop
  7. Cover with aluminum foil
  8. Bake at 350F for about 1-1/2 hours
  9. Remove the foil the last 15 minutes of baking to brown

Notes

Serve with a green salad and dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package (3 oz.) Oriental flavored Ramen noodles
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 ounces) whole kernel corn

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Crumble in the ground beef
  3. Stir and cook the beef until no longer pink
  4. Drain off grease
  5. Stir in the flavor packet from the Ramen noodles, tomatoes and corn (with juices)
  6. Break up the noodles slightly and add to skillet
  7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until noodles are tender
  8. Stir occasionally to break up any clumps of noodles

Notes

Serve with a green salad and fruit for dessert.
