Ingredients

  • 4 cups packaged Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 package (about 10 ounces) frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup stuffing and butter; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, onion powder, spinach and cheese.
  4. Add remaining stuffing; mix lightly.
  5. Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle reserved stuffing mixture over top.
  7. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until hot throughout.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 cups Zucchini or Yellow Summer Squash, sliced (1/4 inch thick slices)
  • 1 small Onion, sliced
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) Sour Cream
  • 1 package (6 ounces) Corn Bread Stuffing Mix
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped Green Chilies
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil
  2. Add squash and onion
  3. Reduce heat; cover and cook until squash is crisp-tender (about 6 minutes)
  4. Drain well; set aside
  5. In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, stuffing mix and seasoning packet, chilies, salt and pepper
  6. Mix well
  7. Fold in squash mixture
  8. Pour into a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish
  9. Sprinkle with cheese
  10. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is golden brown
